Set Stellar builder: auto and manual lineups for your streak

· 4 min read · Lineup Builder · Tools

Set Stellar is a different puzzle from your usual Sorare NBA gameweek: five Stellar cards, a 120-point L10 cap, an MVP that does not count against the cap, and a streak of targets to clear one after the other. Doing the maths by hand for every lineup gets old fast. After the Set Winter builder, Sorare NBA Jet now has a dedicated Set Stellar builder, with an autobuilder that proposes lineups from your own Stellar cards and a manual builder when you want full control.

The Set Stellar autobuilder

Open Set Stellar from the Manage menu. The page loads your Stellar cards and your current progress, then one click on Generate lineups gives you a list of ready-to-use five-player lineups.

Each lineup card shows:

  • the L10 total against the cap (for example 118 / 120),
  • the projected score of the whole lineup,
  • each player with his card, his projection (bonus included), his next game and his collection bonus,
  • an MVP badge on the player who is not counted in the cap.

The MVP rule is what makes Set Stellar interesting: your highest-L10 player is free, so the builder picks the most expensive player as MVP and fills the remaining budget around him. You do not have to work out who should take that spot.

Pick the right games

Stellar lineups are tied to upcoming games, so timing matters. Three buttons let you choose which games the builder looks at:

  • All upcoming: every game in the schedule,
  • Next 24h: only players who play in the next day, to fill a lineup right now,
  • After 24h: only later games, to prepare the next lineups without burning tonight's players.

Force or exclude players

Hover any player in a generated lineup to force him (he will be in every lineup) or exclude him (he disappears from the results). You can also type a name in Force a player... to lock someone in directly. Forced and excluded players stay listed above the results, and the lineups are rebuilt automatically each time you change them.

Cards already used are skipped

In Set Stellar a card you have already put in a pending lineup cannot be used again in the same step. The builder shows your pending lineups at the top of the page, with:

  • the score already Played by each card,
  • an Est. total that adds the projections of the players who have not played yet,
  • the next game of each remaining player.

The Exclude already used cards box (checked by default) removes those cards from the next suggestions, so every lineup you get is one you can actually submit. Uncheck it if you want to compare with your full collection.

Your streak at a glance

Above everything, the streak tracker lists every level of the Set Stellar streak with its reward and its target score. Completed levels are green, the current level is highlighted, and the next ones are locked. You always know which target your next lineup has to beat. The tracker is shown on desktop.

The manual Set Stellar builder

Sometimes you want to pick the five players yourself. The Manual Builder button opens a composer built on the same rules:

  • your Stellar cards on one side, sortable by L10, projection, gain, minutes or XP bonus, with a filter on the maximum L10,
  • your lineup on the other side, with the Score against the cap, the Remaining budget, the Projected total and the average bonus,
  • the MVP handled automatically: the highest L10 in your lineup is taken out of the cap total,
  • clear warnings when the lineup is Over budget, contains duplicate players or an injured player.

The same All upcoming / Next 24h / After 24h switch is available, and the manual builder also works on mobile, with your current lineup in a panel you open from the bottom of the screen.

How to use it

  1. Log in with your Sorare account and open Set Stellar in the Manage menu.
  2. Check the streak tracker to see your current target.
  3. Choose Next 24h if you want to play tonight, or After 24h to prepare later lineups.
  4. Click Generate lineups and look at the projection of each proposal.
  5. Force the players you trust, exclude the ones you want to keep for later, and let the list refresh.
  6. Want to fine-tune? Switch to the Manual Builder and adjust the lineup player by player.
